Before you guys, I had done business with two prior realtors, and two prior loan officers, none met up to my standards. My experience with these people, was that I had to learn their jobs, so I can help them do their job. I was constantly putting a fire underneath them for 8 months to keep them moving forward.
Urgent/Panic
When I came to both of you I was absolutely overwhelmed. I had already past exhaustion months prior trying to provide a home for my Family. But I could not fail because my Family’s livelihood was at sake. I HAD to PROVIDE them a home that we as a Family, could grow roots in. And time was of the essence.
I knew as it stood then, I would only be able to provide my Family with the home that they needed (adequate spacing for everyone) while the market was where it was at. If the market turned before I can get the house. My opportunity of providing a house that was needed for my Family, would have slipped through my fingers never to return again. Due to this reason, is why I was at a sense of panic to hurry.
Amazed/Hope
I was overwhelmed with amazement, when finally for the first time, I had a realtor & loan officer that was able to keep up with my pace. Not only were you guys able to keep up with me, I found myself trying to keep up with you at times.
This was a big change of pace. This caused me to step it up a few gears.
It was not acceptable to me, that you were to wait on me for any reason. I was haunted by the thoughts that I would lose a once in a life time opportunity, because I was unable to deliver at the time that it was needed.
Shark infested Waters
Prior from meeting both of you I had experienced an industry full of sharks, more interested of selling me things that could destroy me and my Family, instead of being straight with me, and helping me accomplish what I was set out to obtain. At times I had seen these people’s true colors, as they were more into selling to themselves, than they were to their clients needs.

Ann, I’ll never forget how I was able to contact you, at all times of the day for your help, and/or your input. I know at times it was really inconvenient.
Thank you Anthony on taking the time to be patient with me, as I tried to learn and figure out the complexity of all the little things in the loan process, so I didn’t have any surprises that would have made me lose my home, caused by unwanted issues that would have come up, due to me not fully understanding what I was getting myself into.
My plans on obtaining a home, was not to lose it, or to have my Family be in slaved to a house payment we couldn’t afford. I know time is money, and I thank you for your time, that you patiently gave me to help me understand, what needed to be understood, that others would not have done.
I also wanted to thank both of you for making yourselves available, if needed when my wife and I had to run down to San Diego, the day before Thanksgiving to sign loan docs.
Thank you for staying with us through a very nerve racking week, through purchasing the house, and having to move into it before Quality Escrow could get their act together, to record the flippen thing after it was paid for. As both of you did, when you fought for us on the front lines, while we were at work, when my ageing father was told by a Listing Agent that pulled up, to move out of the house that he literally just moved the last box into. Our resources were at its tipping point by this time, with funds & time to get moved in, due to Quality Escrow’s (They really need to change there name) delay.
JOY
After 8 weeks now, our house has now transitioned into our hearts as our home. My wife and I still find ourselves in awe, resisting tears of joy every time we take a moment to look around, at our new home.
To describe what the feeling is like for us to come home, is to compare it to being on vacation. But in the back of your mind, you are trying not to think of the day that you’ll regret, when the vacation expires. But at that very moment you realize, that this vacation doesn’t have an expiration date!
Watching our children experiencing freedom, to roam around and be children, to have the room to play, horseplay, and to have the house filled with their laughter, is an emotion that would take me to long to explain. The enjoyment of a father watching his children experience continuous joy is nothing less than awesome!
My wife and I will never forget you Ann & Anthony, as you two were the final tools that the Lord had used, to thread the final thread that completed our lives.
